Thanks to my friend Shiori from Eastside Knitters - I can now spin with a Spindle!!! I can also ply a 2-ply yarn!!! I'm sooooooo excited!!!!

This is my site for keeping up with my craft projects. I love to crochet, am learning to knit. Also like to bead, make cards, and many other crafts I may decide to track on this blog. I am a mother of a 5 and 3 year old, as well as a full-time employee of Microsoft - so I don't have a lot of free time. But I will see how much I can keep this up!

I don't blame you for not wanting to recreate the wheel! LOL
You know Yarns, Etc. in Greensboro has a whole back section on spinning and roving! ;o)
Yay! Another spinner! The yarn shop in pineville also has spinning supplies.
cool. i've been eyeing spindles, lol. but idk if i can take up another craft responsibly.
I'm bummed I missed seeing you that night; but I'm so glad Shiori got you started up spinning. Your yarn looks great. I can't wait to see more.
